Hands Down His Pants

July 8, 2009 · Leave a Comment

I’m not sure this qualifies as harassment, but I was thoroughly disgusted regardless.  As I was walking to the Farragut North metro last Thursday I saw a man on a bench with his hand completely down his pants.  This was in broad daylight, during rush hour, and in the middle of a busy street…not even in a secluded location.  He didn’t appear to be masturbating to anything or anyone in particular.  I wish I hadn’t been in such a rush or I’d have taken his picture.

Location: 18th and K St NW
